Connecting to the VPN
 Visit your user portal: https://192.168.20.1:8443/userportal/webpages/myaccount/index.jsp
 Login with your:
a. Username: firstname.lastname
b. Password: Domain password
 Download the Client and configuration for Windows
 Install and connect using the same credentials

Note: You need IT personnel to help install
